CASACOR 2023
The essence of comfort: João Pannaggio at Casa Dexco
At Casa Dexco, João Pannaggio creates a space that celebrates the essential, integrating Celmar millwork with architecture to express comfort, balance, and sophistication.
The project reflects a search for well-being and connection, translating into an atmosphere of calm and introspection. Natural materials and light compose a subtle yet deeply expressive narrative.
Selected finishes align with the sensory language of the space, featuring wood tones, matte surfaces, and soft textures. Each piece of furniture is designed to integrate seamlessly with the architecture—discreet yet refined.
More than functional elements, Celmarʼs pieces become part of the spatial experience. Shelving, panels, and surfaces reinforce an organic character while maintaining sophistication and performance.

With a soft palette and tactile materials, the space emphasizes conscious use of resources, reflecting values such as refined simplicity, functionality, and emotional connection.
Celmarʼs bespoke millwork acts as a structural element, enabling clean volumes, precise proportions, and continuous surfaces—resulting in a cohesive and intentional environment. This collaboration highlights a new definition of luxury: discreet, emotional, and deeply connected to contemporary living.
